I’m Emily, originally from Incline Village, NV, and now a freshman business student at the University of Nevada, Reno. I’m passionate about leadership, community service, and cultural engagement, and I’m especially drawn to international business, nonprofit development, and finance as ways to create meaningful opportunities for underserved communities. Right now, I’m gaining hands-on experience by working as an intern at Buckle in the Meadowood Mall, where I’m learning how to run a business.
Outside of school and work, nothing makes me happier than spending time by the lake or relaxing at the beach in general, it’s my favorite place! My long-term goal is to establish nonprofits that provide food, clothing, and educational support both in the U.S. and abroad. I’m committed to making a positive impact and building projects that help others grow and succeed.
